Holyfield, Evander

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishHolyfield, EvanderEvander HolyfieldHo‧ly‧field, E‧van‧der /ˈhəʊlifiːld, ɪˈvændə $ ˈhoʊ-, -dər/  (1962–) a US boxer who was world heavyweight champion four times in the 1990s. He was injured in a boxing match in 1997 when Mike Tyson bit off a piece of his ear.
