Fear Factor

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishFear FactorˈFear ˌFactor  a US television programme that is also popular in the UK. In the show, six people compete with each other to win money by doing a series of stunts (=dangerous actions, done to entertain people) and other things such as eating insects.
