Fingal's Cave

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishFingal's CaveFin‧gal's Cave /ˌfɪŋɡəlz ˈkeɪv/ 🔊 🔊 a cave (=a hole in the side of a cliff) on the island of Staffa off the west coast of Scotland. It was the subject of a famous piece of music by Felix mendelssohn.
