Crick, Francis

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishCrick, FrancisFrancis CrickCrick, Francis  (1916–2004) a British scientist who worked with James Watson, and discovered the structure of dna, the substance that carries genetic information in the cells of plants, animals, and humans. They won the Nobel prize for their work in 1962.
