From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishHaworthHa‧worth /ˈhaʊwəθ $ ˈhɔːwərθ/  a small village in West Yorkshire, in northern England, which many tourists visit because the brontë family, a family of famous writers, lived there. The area around the village is described in Emily Brontë's famous novel wuthering heights.
