Hilton, the

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishHilton, thethe HiltonHil‧ton, the /ˈhɪltən/ trademark (also the Hilton Hotel)  a large, expensive hotel named after Conrad Hilton, the original owner. Many large cities in many countries have a Hilton, and there is a well-known Hilton in London, next to Hyde Park.
