Lambeth Palace

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishLambeth PalaceˌLambeth ˈPalace  a large very old building that is the official home in London of the archbishop of canterbury. The name Lambeth Palace is sometimes used in news reports to mean the people who are in charge of the Church of England Lambeth Palace has condemned government policies on the inner city.
