Land's End

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishLand's EndˌLand’s ˈEnd noun  a place on the southwest coast of England, which is generally thought of as the furthest point in the southwest of the UK. It is used especially in the phrase ‘from John oGroats to Land’s End’, because John o’ Groats is thought of as the furthest point in the northeast of the UK.
