Médecins sans Frontières

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishMédecins sans FrontièresMé‧de‧cins sans Fron‧tières /ˌmeɪdəsæn sɑːn frɒnˈtjeə $ -frɑːnˈtjer/ (abbrev. MSF)  an international organization, similar to the red cross, that provides medical help to people who are suffering as a result of war or natural disasters. Its French name means ‘Doctors without Borders’.
