Pinky and Perky

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishPinky and PerkyPink‧y and Perk‧y /ˌpɪŋki ən ˈpɜːki $ -ˈpɜːr-/  two puppets in the form of pigs who appeared on a British television programme for children, The Pinky and Perky Show, that was popular in the 1950s and 1960s. They are remembered especially for singing songs in high squeaky voices.
