Potters Bar

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishPotters BarPot‧ters Bar /ˌpɒtəz ˈbɑː $ ˌpɑːtərz ˈbɑːr/   an English town 18 miles north of London, where there was a serious train crash in May 2002. Seven people were killed and 76 injured. A report into the crash said it was caused because the railway line was in bad condition.
