Supreme Court Justice

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishSupreme Court JusticeSuˌpreme Court ˈJustice noun  one of the nine judges of the US Supreme Court. Each Supreme Court Justice is chosen by the president of the US and must then be accepted by Congress, and they usually have this position for the rest of their lives. The most important judge is called the chief justice.
