Sisulu, Walter

From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary EnglishSisulu, WalterWalter SisuluSi‧su‧lu, Wal‧ter /sɪˈsuːluː, ˈwɔːltə $ ˈwɒːltər/  (1912–2003) a South African civil rights worker and the first full-time Secretary General of the African National Congress. He was in prison for 25 years for his opposition to apartheid.
